Hear Well Clinic was established in 2022 and is run by Helen Whalen, who is a local and multiskilled Audiologist with over 16 years experience in the field of Audiology. Helen holds a BSc (Hons) in Audiology and has gained a MSc module qualification in Tinnitus Management. Helen has trained and worked in both the NHS and private sector and her areas of expertise include tinnitus and the management of complex hearing needs, as well as earwax removal. For complete transparency, as well as running Hear Well Clinic, Helen still holds a part time senior role in an NHS Trust. However, Hear Well Clinic is a completely private audiology practice and is not affiliated with the NHS. Helen is up to date with current hearing aid technology and accessories, and although Hear Well Clinic does not sell hearing aids, Helen is able to provide hearing tests to assess hearing levels and offer her professional and unbiased opinion on how best to manage hearing difficulties and communication needs.
